Hu-B’s Restaurant: April-October: Friday-Saturday 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM. May-September: Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Fuel Hours: April 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, May-September 8:00 AM – dusk (off-season by appointment). Off-Season Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
